Common questions

Do I need to also subscribe to the API product?
No. Services are standalone engagements. If you take a managed feed or briefing service, you don't need an API key — we handle all data access on our side and deliver outputs to you.
What's the minimum engagement length?
We ask for a minimum 1-month commitment after the pilot. Most clients run 3–12 month contracts. Month-to-month is available at a slight premium.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. All engagements are covered by a mutual NDA by default, especially for white-label and government clients. We take confidentiality seriously — your client relationship stays yours.
What SLA do you offer?
Standard services run on best-effort uptime (consistent with our 99%+ API track record). Dedicated SLAs with response time guarantees are available for white-label and enterprise contracts.
Can you add specific sources we need?
Yes — RSS feeds can be added within 24 hours. Telegram channels within 48 hours if they're publicly accessible. Scope this during the requirements call and we'll confirm feasibility before contract.
Can briefings be delivered in Russian?
Yes. Briefings are available in English, Russian, or both. All underlying source data is bilingual — the output language is a delivery configuration, not a separate product.
How do you handle data privacy and GDPR?
We process only publicly available news content — our dataset is not built from personal data. All news is sourced from public channels, RSS feeds, and wire services. Account information you provide (such as your email for an API key) is handled per our Privacy Policy. For clients in regulated jurisdictions, we can provide a data processing addendum, and we do not store or share client query data or usage patterns with third parties.
What if the data quality isn't what was promised after we sign?
You evaluate quality before signing — that's what the 7-day pilot sample is for. If anything during a live engagement diverges from agreed spec, we remediate it or refund the affected period. We'd rather lose a month's fee than a client relationship.
